For the first time in history, the Royal Academy of Art is collaborating with the Fine Arts Museum in Boston to collect a portrait of Lucian Freud.
The exhibition features more than 50 paintings, drawings and drawings, in which this contemporary master of British art opened his own eyes. As one of the most famous painters of our time, Lucian Freud is also one of the few artists of the 20th century who have come to such a position.
For about seven decades, his personal portraits have provided interesting insights into his thinking and development as a painter, from his first portraits from 1939 to the last hanging portraits 64 years later. Taken together, her pictures show a fascinating exploration of the power of aging and the process of self-representation. These very compelling performances give OM VISA a unique opportunity to unveil Master’s work in one scene.
